KRAK Alerts provides subscribers with recurring automated text messages, including but not limited to:
Show alerts and live broadcast notifications
Entertainment content and promotions
Event announcements
Exclusive offers and updates
2. OPT-IN CONSENT (TCPA COMPLIANCE)
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you:
Expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from KRAK
Acknowledge that messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system (ATDS)
Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase
Opt-in may occur via:
Website forms
Text-to-join keywords
Contest entries
Event sign-ups
Other digital or in-person methods

Message frequency may vary. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on engagement, show activity, or promotions.
4. MESSAGE & DATA RATES
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Heidi and Frank / KRAK is not responsible for these charges.

Following unsubscribe instructions included in messages
