At KRAK, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
Returns and Refunds
If you'd like to return an item, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please email us at support@mykrak.com with your order number and reason for the return.
To be eligible for a return:
1 - The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
2 - Items marked “Final Sale”, personalized, custom-made, or digital products are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back to us. Please do not return items without first contacting our support team.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- The item is not in its original condition.
- The item is returned after the 30-day window.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
